摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法对消毒供应室工作人员手卫生状况的影响。方法随机选取汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院消毒供应室20名工作人员作为调查对象,将2018年6-12月实施PDCA循环法进行手卫生管理前作为对照组,2019年1-6月实施PDCA循环法进行手卫生管理后作为观察组。比较两组消毒供应室工作人员手卫生状况,包括手卫生知识知晓率、洗手方法正确率、洗手依从率及手部微生物检测情况。结果实施PDCA循环法管理消毒供应室工作人员手卫生后,手卫生知识知晓率、洗手方法正确率、洗手依从率及手部微生物检测合格情况均高于实施PDCA循环管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法可提高消毒供应室工作人员手卫生状况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method on hand hygiene of staff in disinfection supply room.Methods Twenty staff from the disinfection supply room of the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were randomly selected as the survey objects.Before the implementation of PDCA cycle method for hand hygiene management from J une to December in 2018,it was used as the control group,and after the implementation of PDCA cycle method for hand hygiene management from J anuary to J une in 2019,it was used as the observation group.The hand hygiene status of the two groups were compared,including the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,the accuracy rate of hand washing methods,the compliance rate of hand washing and the condition of hand microorganism detection.Results After implement PDCA circulation method to manage the hand hygiene of the staff in disinfection supply room,the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,the accuracy rate of hand washing methods,the compliance rate of hand washing and the qualified condition of hand microorganism detection were higher than those before the implementation of PDCA circulation management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle method could improve the hand hygiene of the staff in the disinfection supply room,which was worthy of promotion and application.
