综合性护理在脑梗死偏瘫失语患者中的研究进展

Research progress of comprehensive nursing in cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia and aphasia

近年来,随着生活节奏的加快、生活方式的改变以及我国人口老龄化进程,脑梗死发病率逐年上升,尤其是中老年人群,因其年龄较大,同时合并较多基础疾病,给临床治疗增加了一定难度。此外,患者在发生脑梗死疾病后大多会出现肢体、语言等功能障碍,对患者的生活质量造成严重的影响。临床上对于此类患者通常给予综合护理,通过制订详细、个性化的护理方案,进而改善患者预后,降低神经功能缺损程度,提高预后的日常生活能力。故本研究对综合性护理干预在脑梗死偏瘫失语患者康复中的应用研究展开详细的分析,以期为脑梗死偏瘫失语患者的康复提供最佳护理方案。

In recent years,with the quickening pace of life,the change of lifestyle and the aging of population in China,the incidence rate of cerebral infarction is increasing year by year.Especially for the middle-aged and old people,because of their older age,with more basic diseases at the same time,it adds certain difficulty to clinical treatment.In addition,after the occurrence of cerebral infarction,most of the patients will have functional disorders such as limbs and language,which will have a serious impact on the quality of life of the patients.Clinically,such patients are often given comprehensive nursing,through formulating the detailed and personalized care plan,thus to improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the degree of nerve function defect,improve the prognosis of ability of daily life.Therefore,this study conducts a detailed review and analysis on the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia aphasia,in order to provide the best nursing plan for rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia aphasia.
