针灸联合推拿按摩治疗非骨折性踝关节损伤的疗效

Effect of acupuncture and massage on non-fracture ankle joint injury

目的探讨针灸联合推拿按摩在非骨折性踝关节损伤患者中的疗效。方法选取2016年10月-2019年9月广东省湛江市赤坎区人民医院收治的非骨折性踝关节损伤患者89例为研究对象,随机分为针灸组44例和联合组45例。针灸组患者行针灸治疗,联合组患者在针灸组基础上给予推拿按摩治疗,收集整理两组患者的总有效率和治疗前后的VAS评分。结果联合组的总有效率为97.78%,高于针灸组的86.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗1、2、4周后的VAS评分均低于针灸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿按摩治疗非骨折性踝关节损伤疗效确切,缓解患者疼痛症状,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on patients with nonfracture ankle joint injury. Methods Eighty-nine patients with non-fracture ankle joint injury diagnosed in Zhanjiang City Chikan District People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province from October 2016 to September2019 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into acupuncture group with 44 cases and combination group with 45 cases. The patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture and the patients in the combination group were treated with acupuncture and massage. The total effective rates and VAS scores before and after treatment of two groups were collected and sorted out. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.78%,higher than 86.36% of the acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS scores in the combined group after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks were lower than those in the acupuncture group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage were effective in treating non-fractured ankle joint injury,which could alleviate pain symptoms and promote early recovery of patients. It was worth clinical populanzation and application.
