对手术后脊柱骨折患者进行康复护理的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with spinal fracture after operation

目的分析手术后脊柱骨折患者进行康复护理的效果。方法选取2016年6月-2019年6月广东省广州市番禺区中医院收治的脊柱骨折患者60例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和护理组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组在对照组基础上加用康复护理,比较两组治疗后1个月、3个月的生活自理能力评分。结果治疗后1个月和3个月,护理组生活自理能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论康复护理在手术后脊柱骨折患者中的应用,可以促进患者术后的及时恢复,改善生活自理能力,且对于肢体功能的影响较小,患者接受度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with spinal fracture after operation. Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,60 patients with spine fracture admitted to Guangzhou City Panyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province were selected and divided into reference group and nursing group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine nursing in hospital,while the patients in the nursing group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the reference group. The scores of life self-care ability of the two groups were compared at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results At 1 month and 3 months after treatment,the scores of self-care ability in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0 5). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the patients with spinal fracture after operation could promote the timely recovery of patients after operation,improve the ability of life self-care,and had less impact on limb function and high degree of acceptance from patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
