手足口病患儿肠道菌群分布及其对免疫功能和肠道黏膜通透性的影响 被引量:3

Enteric Flora Distribution of Hand-foot-and mouth Disease Infants,and Its Influence on patients'Immunofunction and Enteric Mucosal Permeability

摘要 为探讨手足口病患儿肠道菌群分布及其对免疫功能和肠道黏膜通透性的影响,选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院儿科手足口病患儿85例为观察组;选取同期于我院体检的85名正常儿童作为对照组。取2组粪便做标本并抽取空腹静脉血,观察2组肠道菌群、免疫功能指标及肠道黏膜屏障功能指标。结果显示,观察组双歧杆菌含量低于对照组(P<0.05),大肠杆菌含量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶及内毒素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,手足口病患儿肠道菌群分布发生改变,双歧杆菌含量低于正常儿童,大肠杆菌高于正常儿童,免疫功能低下,肠道黏膜屏障功能受损导致通透性改变,临床应及时采用有效药物治疗以减轻患儿痛苦。 This study was to investigate the enteric flora distribution of hand-foot-and mouth disease(HFMD)infantile and its influence on patients'immuno-function and enteric mucosal permeability,enrolled 85HFMD infantile in authors'hospital(2018-01-2019-01)into this study as observation group,and 85normal(health)infantile as control group;then sampled their(both groups)stool as specimen,and fasting venous blood for observing both's enteric flora,immuno-function norms and enteric mucosal barrier function norms.As results,in bifidobacterium content;in E.coli content;in the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG;and,in the levels of D-lactic acid,diamine oxidase and endotoxin observation group was respectively lower,higher,lower and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that compared with that of healthy infantile the enteric flora distribution in HFMD infantile changes as bifidobacterium contents being lower,E.coli contents higher,immun-function lower,and enteric mucosal barrier function involved so that inducing permeability changed,etc,therapy clinically,it should be taking effective drugs for timely treating the disease so as to reduce infantile's sufferings.
