骶尾部病灶切除敞开创面联合邮票植皮治疗骶尾部藏毛窦30例疗效观察

Sacrococcygeal Lesion Resection&Exposing Wound-surface Combined with Stamp-like Dermatoplasty in the Treatment of Sacrococcygeal Pilonidal Sinus:Effect Observation on 30 Cases

为观察骶尾部病灶切除敞开创面联合邮票植皮治疗骶尾部藏毛窦患者的疗效,将30例骶尾部藏毛窦患者行骶尾部病灶切除敞开创面联合邮票植皮治疗,对临床治疗效果进行观察与分析。结果显示,本组患者全部治愈。平均手术时间(26.76±3.08)min,平均创面愈合时间(14.98±2.07)d,住院时间12~17d,术后无创口感染者。随访3~10个月,无复发。结果表明,采用骶尾部病灶切除敞开创面联合邮票植皮治疗骶尾部藏毛窦,可有效缓解患者疼痛,具有手术时间短、住院时间短、术后并发症少、复发率低等优点。

This study was to observe the effect of sacrococcygeal lesion resection&exposing wound-surface combined with stamp-like dermatoplasty for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus(SPS),30cases of SPS received above combined procedure;then their effect was observed.As results,the 30cases were cured all,average operating time was(26.76±3.08)min,average wound-surface healing time was(14.98±2.07)days,hospitalization time was(12-17)days;no wound infection occured;the follow-up of 3-10months did not find recurrence cases.Results show that above-mentioned combined procedure for SPS can effectively relieve patients'pain,has such merits as shorter operating time and hospitalization time,less postoperative complication and lower recurrence rate.
