优质手术室护理在老年结肠癌患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Top-notch Nursing in Operating Room Applied in Senior Colonic Cancer Patients

为观察优质手术室护理在老年结肠癌患者中的应用效果,将结肠癌手术患者200例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上行优质手术室护理,比较2组患者手术相关指标,术后肠道恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后进食时间、排气时间及下床时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,优质手术室护理能有效改善老年结肠癌患者临床症状,缩短手术时间,促进患者术后肠道功能恢复,且术后并发症发生率低,安全性更高,对提高患者临床疗效具有重要临床价值。

This study was to observe the efficacy of top-notch nursing in operating room applied in senior patients with colonic cancer,randomly divided 200cases to be subject to colonic cancer surgery into control group(100cases,routine nursing)and observation group(100cases,routine nursing plus top-notch operating room nursing);then,compared both groups'operative relevant norms,postoperative intestinal function recovered status,and the incidence of postoperative complication.As results,in intraoperative bleeding volume;in operating time,in the time for postoperative eating,for flatus,and ambulation out-of-bed;and in postoperative complication incidence observation group was respectively less,shorter,shorter,and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that top-notch nursing can effectively improve senior colonic cancer patients'symptoms,shorten operating time,promote postoperative intestinal function recovered,and its postoperation complication incidence is low,as well safety is more higher,thus has important clinical value in enhancing clinical effect.
