多学科协同护理对直肠癌放疗患者生活质量、焦虑抑郁及生活障碍的影响

Influence of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing on Quality of Life,Anxiety,Depression and Life Disorder in Patients with Rectal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy

为分析多学科协同护理对直肠癌放疗患者生活质量、焦虑抑郁及生活障碍的影响,将直肠癌放疗患者120例随机分为常规组和观察组,每组60例。常规组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受多学科协同护理,比较2组患者护理满意度、生活质量、焦虑抑郁及生活障碍。结果显示,观察组患者护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05),观察组患者生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、心理健康、社会职能、生理机能评分均高于常规组(P<0.05),观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分、生活障碍发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,多学科协同护理能明显提高直肠癌放疗患者生活质量,减少焦虑抑郁心理,有利于预防生活障碍,提高护理满意度。

In order to analyze the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the quality of life,anxiety and depression,and life disorders of patients with rectal cancer undergoing radiotherapy,120 patients with rectal cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into routine group(n =60,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n =60,received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention);then,the nursing satisfaction,quality of life,anxiety and depression and life disorder were compared between the two groups.As results,nursing satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was higher than that in routine group(P <0.05),the scores on physiological function,physical pain,emotional function,mental health,social function and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P <0.05),HAMA、HAMD scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P <0.05).The results show that multidisciplinary cooperative nursing could significantly improve the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer undergoing radiotherapy,reduce their anxiety and depression,and help to prevent life disorders and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
