个性化护理干预在心肌梗死合并便秘患者中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Myocardial Infarction and Constipation

为观察个性化护理干预在心肌梗死合并便秘患者中的效果,将心肌梗死合并便秘患者74例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者采用个性化护理干预,比较2组患者临床疗效、便秘症状及生活质量情况。结果显示,观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者排便困难、粪便性状、坠胀感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,对心肌梗死合并便秘患者采取个性化护理疗效显著,能有效缓解便秘症状,提高患者生活质量。

To observe the effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with constipation,74patients with myocardial infarction complicated with constipation were randomly divided into control group(n=37,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=37,received individualized nursing intervention),then the clinical efficacy,constipation symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.As results,the total clinical efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the scores of defecation difficulty,stool character and tenesmus sensation in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The results show that the individualized nursing effect of patients with myocardial infarction and constipation is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients.
