摘要
在孕产妇中常见的睡眠障碍会导致不良妊娠结局,影响产后身心健康。孕产妇在妊娠期间和产后合理运动有益于妇女的整体健康。放松训练、体操运动、水中运动、普拉提瑜伽等运动干预作为一种低成本、安全的运动,可以有效改善孕产妇睡眠状况,有益于孕产妇的身心健康。
Sleep disorders commonly found in pregnant women can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes and affect postpartum physical and mental health.Proper exercise during and after pregnancy is beneficial to the overall health of a woman.Relaxation training,gymnastics,water sports,Pilates yoga and other sports interventions,as a low-cost and safe exercise,can effectively improve the sleeping status of pregnant and postpartum women and benefit their physical and mental health.
