农民合作社技术扶贫的福利效应研究--基于江西省调研数据的实证

Researchon the Welfare Effectof Technical Poverty Alleviation of Farmers’ Cooperatives--Empirical Analysis Based on the Survey Data in Jiangxi Province

农民合作社技术扶贫是提升贫困户可持续发展能力与体现合作社益贫性的重要途径。本文基于江西省贫困地区的实地调研数据,运用内生转换回归模型分析了农民合作社技术扶贫的福利效应。研究结果表明,参加合作社技术扶贫会显著改善贫困户福利水平,贫困户家庭总收入提高了33.6%;贫困户是否参加合作社技术扶贫存在异质性;种植年限、了解合作社、与贫困户交流、参加合作社培训与观摩、政府推广技术对贫困户参加合作社技术扶贫有促进作用,户主性别、与村委会距离则呈负向影响。

The technical poverty alleviationof farmers’ cooperatives is an important way to enhance the sustainable development ability of poor households and embody thebenefiting poverty of cooperatives. Basing on the field survey data in poor area of Jiangxi province, this paper uses endogenous switching regression model to analyze the impact of technical poverty alleviationof farmers’ cooperativeson the welfare of poor households. The results show thatparticipation in technical poverty alleviation of farmers’ cooperatives will significantly improve the welfare level of poor households, and the total income of poor households will increase by 33.6%.Whether poor households participate in cooperatives technical poverty alleviation is heterogeneous.Planting years, understanding of cooperatives, communication with poor households, participation in cooperatives training and observation, will promote the poor to participate in cooperatives technical poverty alleviation, while the gender of household headand the distance from the village committee have a negative impact.
