骑楼建筑修复对策及加固设计研究

骑楼建筑是近现代建筑是珍贵的城市资源,但骑楼建筑由于建成年代久远,存在不同程度的结构安全问题,需要进行加固、维修。骑楼是砌体结构,砌体结构由于自重大、强度低、整体性差等一系列原因,导致其在长期使用下会逐渐形成各种不同程度的损伤。本文分析了骑楼建筑常见损伤的原因,提出了基础注浆加固法和外置粘钢圈梁构造柱法,有效提高构件强度和砌体整体性,该策略为骑楼建筑加固维修施工提供了有益参考。

arcade building is a precious urban resource in modern times.However,due to its long history,there are structural safety problems in different degrees,which need to be reinforced and maintained.Arcade is a masonry structure.Because of a series of reasons such as self importance,low strength and poor integrity,masonry structure will gradually form various degrees of damage in long-term use.This paper analyzes the causes of the common damage of the arcade building,and puts forward the foundation grouting reinforcement method and the external steel ring beam construction column method,which can effectively improve the strength of the components and the integrity of the masonry.This strategy provides a useful reference for the reinforcement and maintenance of the arcade building.
