The realization of electric energy metering device and centralized meter reading function in typical chemical enterprises

电能计量是监测电力生产、供应和使用各个环节的重要手段之一。电能计量点的设置、计量装置的选型、数据的采集手段等,需要有一个合理的方案。本文结合涵盖发电、配电、用电的大型煤化工企业,针对多类型的计量界面和报表需求,基于标准规范、行业主管部门要求、企业管理需要、运行过程中积累的经验,提出较为合理的解决方案和对未来的展望,供类似项目借鉴和采用。

Electric energy metering is one of the important means to monitor the production,supply and use of electric power.Therefore,the setting of electric energy metering point,the selection of metering device and the means of data collection need a reasonable scheme.Combined with large-scale coal chemical enterprises covering power generation,distribution and consumption,aiming at various types of measurement interface and report form requirements,based on standards and specifications,requirements of industry competent departments,enterprise management needs and experience accumulated in the operation process,this paper puts forward more reasonable solutions and prospects for similar projects for reference and adoption.
