电动汽车共享系统运营特征分析——以EVCARD系统为例

Characteristic Analysis of Electric Car-Sharing System—Take EVCARD System as an Example

随着大城市停车问题的日益突出和买车、养车成本越来越高,电动汽车共享将会是未来机动化出行的重要模式.共享汽车用户特征和企业运营策略是影响电动共享汽车的重要因素.文章以上海市的电动汽车共享系统EVCARD系统为例,从用户需求特征、车辆调度特征和车辆运营特征三方面,对电动汽车共享系统进行了分析.通过EVCARD电动汽车共享系统的数据挖掘,揭示电动共享汽车隐含的用户行为特征.分析EVCARD系统的调度特征,总结电动汽车共享系统普遍存在的四类问题.分析EVCARD系统的运营特征,辨识电动汽车共享系统常见的调度工作流程的缺陷.在优化电动汽车共享系统的调度方案时,必须综合考虑需求特征、系统调度特征、系统运营特征以及特殊干扰因素,以降低系统运营成本、提高系统运营效率.

With limited parking space and high costs of owning cars in metropolises,electric car-sharing systems will be an important travel mode in the future.The characteristics of system users and operational strategies are two main influencing factors.This paper took the EVCARD electric car-sharing system in Shanghai as an example to analyze the user demand,vehicle dispatch,and system operation.Through the data mining of the EVCARD system,the implied user behaviors are revealed.With the vehicle dispatch characteristics,four problems of the electric car-sharing system are summarized.The defects in the work flow of the vehicle dispatch are identified.The characteristics of user demand,vehicle dispatch,system operation,and other influencing factors should be taken into consideration in the optimization of vehicle dispatch plans to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
