摘要
公园城市是我国推进生态文明建设的重大理论与实践创新.该文响应习近平总书记提出的"将成都市建设成为公园城市"的总体目标,以成都天府国际空港新城为例,对公园城市建设目标下的新城综合交通规划进行研究.围绕公园城市"以人民为中心、以生态文明为引领"的核心,从"促进城市与自然和谐共处"、"尊重生态本底"、"保障高效出行"和"营造美好生活出行体验"等交通目标入手,多规同步编制,对"交通衡量模式转变"、"弹性机制适应城市发展各阶段交通要求的情景模拟"和"优越蓝绿本底上多网融合的独立慢行打造"等规划方法进行研究.规划思路和方法突破了传统,是公园城市目标下对于综合交通规划研究的探索和实践.
Park city is a great innovation in promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.This paper responds to President Xi Jinping overall goal of"building Chengdu into a park city".Taking Chengdu Tianfu Airport New City as an example,the comprehensive traffic planning of the new town under the goal of park city is studied.Around"takes the people as the center,takes the ecology civilization as the guidance",starting from the two dimensions traffic objectives of"people-oriented traffic efficiency"and"respecting the traffic quality of the ecological background",the following planning methods are studied:"traffic measurement mode change","scenario simulation of elastic mechanism adapting to the traffic requirements of urban development stages"and"superior blue and green background on the multinetwork fusion of independent slow-moving traffic".Planning ideas and methods in this paper break through the tradition and are the exploration and practice of comprehensive traffic planning research under the goal of park city.
