摘要
基于庞庞塔煤矿704工作面端面冒落现象,导致工作面回采速度降低,支架初撑力及工作阻力达不到额定值,严重威胁着工作面安全回采,霍州煤电集团吕临能化有限公司通过技术研究,对704工作面端面冒落区采取“注浆+人工假顶+撞楔超前支护”联合措施进行维护,通过实际应用,控制了冒落区范围进一步扩大,防止了冒落区有害气体集聚现象,使支架初撑力、工作阻力提高至85%以上,工作面回采速度提高至6.2m/d。
Based on the phenomenon of end face caving in 704 working face of Pangpangta Coal Mine,the mining speed of working face is re-duced,the initial support force and working resistance of support can not reach the rated value,which seriously threatens the safe mining of working face.Through technical research,Lv Linneng Chemical Co.,Ltd.of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group adopts"grouting+artificial forgery"to the end face caving area of 704 working face.Through practical application,the combined measure of roof+Wedge impact advance support is maintained,and the scope of caving area is further expanded,the harmful gas accumulation in caving area is prevented,the initial support force and working resistance of support are increased to over 85%,and the mining speed of working face is increased to 6.2m/d.
