高瓦斯易突矿井掘进工作面综合降尘技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效降低3105运输巷掘进工作面的粉尘含量大的问题,根据掘进工作面现有普通外喷雾进行降尘作业效果差的具体情况,采用数值模拟的方式进行巷道内粉尘运移规律的的分析,基于数值模拟结果和掘进工作面具体情况,确定工作面采用煤体预注水+泡沫降尘+密闭触控喷雾降尘+定点触控式联动喷雾降尘+全断面的风流进行净化+人工降尘和净化水幕的综合降尘措施,对各项措施进行具体设计,并对降尘效果进行监测分析。结果表明:综合降尘措施实施后,泡沫降尘措施的全尘和呼尘的降尘措施分别为83.4%和82.5%,割煤作业时全尘的浓度从410.62mg/m^3降低至67.8mg/m^3,解决了掘进工作面粉尘含量高的问题。 In order to effectively reduce the problem of large dust content in the 3105 transport roadway working face,according to the specific situation of the ordinary dust spray operation effect of the existing external spray on the heading face,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the dust migration law in the roadway.Based on the numerical simulation results and the specific conditions of the driving face,it is determined that the working face adopts coal pre-filling water+foam dusting+closed touch spray dust reduction+fixed-point touch linkage spray dust reduction+full-section wind flow purification+artificial dust reduction and purification water curtain Comprehensive dust reduc-tion measures,specific design of various measures,and monitoring and analysis of dust reduction effects.The results show that after the im-plementation of the comprehensive dust reduction measures,the dust reduction measures of dust and dust in the dust reduction measures are 83.4%and 82.5%,respectively,and the concentration of dust in the coal cutting operation is reduced from 410.62mg/m3 to 67.8mg/m^3.The problem of high dust content in the excavation work.
