摘要
为了更好地促进矿井高产高效的发展,对刮板输送机液压张紧系统进行了研究。通过AMESim软件,利用其中的各种模块及标准液压元件库对液压张紧系统建立了模型,模拟了系统在伸出与收缩两个状态的性能。结果表明:伸出状况下,无杆侧的压力在4.2s就可升高到预先设定的压力值,保持稳定,符合系统要求;在收缩状况下,虽然系统可以在5s内保持稳定,但是因为无杆侧泄压过快及系统的瞬间补油造成收缩阶段的压力波动。
As the mine is developing towards high yield and high efficiency,the scraper conveyor,its main transportation equipment,is devel-oping towards the direction of high power,large transportation capacity and long transportation distance.The scraper conveyor has strong envi-ronmental adaptability and can cooperate with other equipment.The most important factor affecting its working state is the running state of the scraper chain on its traction mechanism.Therefore,it is very important to study the hydraulic tension system of the scraper chain.In this paper,the working principle and structure of hydraulic tensioning system are studied.The study of hydraulic tension system in this paper provides a theoretical basis for future mine work.
