摘要
辅助运输采用防爆无轨胶轮车运输的矿井,车辆在巷道内行驶过程中易产生扬尘,而传统的降尘方式存在较多缺点为背景,研发了一种基于射频信号的矿用行车自动喷雾装置,利用红外对射原理,通过检测车辆位置来控制喷雾,能有效控制车辆行驶中产生的扬尘,减少了水资源浪费。通过现场实践,本装置安装简单,效果明显,具有良好的经济效益和较高的推广应用价值。
In this paper,the mine is used to transport the mine with the explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle.The vehicle can easily generate dust in the process of running in the roadway,and the traditional dust reduction method has many disadvantages.In the background,a mine traffic automatic spray device based on the radio frequency signal is developed,and the vehicle position is detected by the principle of infrared radiation.The control of spraying can effectively control the dust generated during the running of vehicles and reduce the waste of wa-ter resources.Through field practice,the installation of the device is simple,the effect is obvious,and it has good economic benefits and higher application value.
