摘要
紫晟煤业2-1012回风巷道在采用原支护方案后,在掘进过程中,巷道局部出现鼓出、破碎的现象,围岩变形严重,影响到了巷道的正常使用,为了解决该问题,通过理论研究及数值模拟对2-1012回风巷道的支护体系进行支护优化。结果表明:在采用了优化后的支护方案后,经过现场应用及掘进过程中巷道围岩深基点位移实测证明该支护体系取得了很好的支护效果。
After the original support scheme was adopted in the 2-1012 wind-back roadway of Zisheng Coal Industry,during the excavation process,the roadway was partially beaten and broken,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was serious,affecting the normal use of the roadway.In order to solve this problem,The support system of 2-1012 wind back tunnel is optimized by theoretical research and numerical simulation.The results show that after adopting the optimized support scheme,it is proved that the support system has achieved a good support effect through the field application and the measured displacement of the rock depth in the roadway.
