摘要
为有效保障晋华宫煤矿的安全生产,减少煤矿事故的发生,根据培训迁移理论,对煤矿安全培训成果的影响因素进行研究,将安全培训的学习成果应用到实际工作中,从而使工作效果得到提升,主要以提升煤矿工作人员素质为目标。得到的结论如下:学习文化、培训设计、工作支持、组织支持为主要影响因素,并根据研究结果,提出向学习型组织转型、设计符合成人学习特点的培训、营造积极的迁移氛围,加大对安全培训的工作支持、提高组织支持的建议。
In order to effectively protect the safety production of Xinyuan Coal Mine and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, thispaper studies the influencing factors of safety training migration results based on the training migration theory, applies the learning results ofsafety training to practical work, and improves work performance. To improve the overall quality of coal mine workers as the goal. The conclusionsare as follows: learning culture, training design, work support, and organizational support are the main influencing factors. According tothe research results, it is proposed to transform to a learning organization, design training that meets the characteristics of adult learning, andcreate a positive migration atmosphere. Work support for safety training, recommendations for improving organizational support.
