摘要
全自动共晶贴片机是微电子封装领域的核心设备,精密校准系统是保障设备精度的关键部分,针对精密校准台结构现有问题进行深入研究,对其结构进行了优化和改进,并对改进后的精密校准台进行验证确认。
Fully automatic eutectic machine is the core equipment in the field of micro-electronic packaging.Precision calibration system is the core component to ensure the accuracy of equipment.This thesis deeply study on the existing problems of the structure of the precision calibration station,and optimize the structure design.Therefore,the optimized and improved structure of the calibration system is verified in this thesis.
