摘要
针对传统的土体内部排水设施存在的一些问题,设计了一种利用毛细管束排水的新型排水设施。首先通过毛细水上升高度试验,选择了毛细张力较大的0.5 mm四氟管作为试验所用的毛细管。然后将其以正六边形的方式组合成毛细管束,通过毛细管束水力特性研究试验,得出了毛细管束的水力特性方程。最后选用长度为8 cm的19根四氟管组合成毛细管束,并利用PVC管设计出毛细管束排水管,在细粒土的中进行排水试验,试验结果显示利用毛细管束排水管可以有效地提高排水效率,并且可以估算出毛细管束排水管的理论排水量。表明毛细管束排水管进行细粒土排水是切实可行的。
In view of some problems in the traditional internal soil-drainage facilities,a new drainage facility using capillary drainage was designed,and a capillary bundle model was proposed.Firstly,a capillary tube with a high capillary tension of 0.5 mm tetrafluoride was selected as the capillary used for the capillary water rise height test.Then,they were combined into a capillary bundle in the form of a regular hexagon.The hydraulic characteristics of the capillary bundle were obtained through an experimental study of the capillary bundle hydraulic characteristics.Finally,19 tetrafluoride tubes in length of 8 cm were combined into a capillary bundle,and a capillary tube drain tube was designed by using PVC tube.The drainage test was carried out in the fine-grained soil.The test results show that the drainage efficiency was effectively improved in the capillary tube drain pipe,and the theoretical displacement of the capillary tube drain was estimated.It was proved feasible to use the capillary tube drain pipe for fine-grained soil drainage.
