摘要
高层建筑和一般建筑不同,建设过程中异常情况多,因此工程造价难以预测。现如今,尽管各种预测手段层出不穷,但预测精度和稳定性较差。针对此问题,开展了面向高层建筑工程的造价评估模型仿真技术研究,首先基于对建筑工程造价的要素分析构建了工程造价合理性评估模型,基于模型结合工程建设各个过程的基本特点,分析高层建筑造价费用情况,得到了其风险评估函数。然后将计算评估模型中指标所对应权重值。最后通过实验验证了该方法的合理性和准确性。
Different from general buildings,high-rise buildings have a long construction period and many uncertainties in the construction process,so it is difficult to predict the cost of construction.Nowadays,although various prediction methods emerge in endlessly,the prediction accuracy and stability are poor.Aiming at this problem,the simulation technology of cost evaluation model for high-rise building engineering was sutdied in this paper.Firstly,based on the analysis of the elements of construction cost,the rationality evaluation model of construction cost was constructed.Based on this model,combined with the characteristics of each construction cost stages,the budget and settlement cost of high-rise building were analyzed and risk assessment function of engineering cost was obtained.Then the risk assessment function was combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy weight theory to calculate the weight of the risk function index and the value of the correlation function at each level.Finally,the rationality and accuracy of the proposed method were proved through experimental verification and analysis.
