摘要
房地产行业作为高危行业,安全问题一直备受瞩目,近几年我国房地产项目安全事故有所下降,但是与欧美国家相比,我国的安全事故发生率依然较高。针对房地产项目施工安全问题,从人、机(材料、设备)、环境和管理4个方面选取15个关键风险因子,运用熵权法计算专家权重,同时利用灰色关联法计算各影响因素的风险值并进行排序,发现管理方面对房地产项目施工安全风险的影响最大,从而提出降低施工安全风险的建议。
As a High-Risk industry,the safety problem of real estate has been attracting much attention.In recent years,the safety accidents of real estate projects in China have decreased,but compared with European and American countries,the rate of safety accidents in China is still high.In view of the construction safety problem of real estate projects,fifteen key risk factors were selected from four aspects:human,machine(material,equipment),environment and management,and the weight of experts was calculated by entropy weight method.The expert weight was introduced into the grey correlation method to calculate and rank the risk values of the factors,and it is found that the management has the greatest influence on the construction safety risk of the real estate project,so the suggestions to reduce the construction safety risk were put forward.
