摘要
随着时代的发展,工商管理的职能出现了新的分化态势,工商管理的运行模式面临新的问题,旧有的模式与新的环境之间出现了矛盾和问题。因此先分析了工商管理的管理、引导以及服务职能,阐述了发挥工商管理职能过程中存在工商管理体制不健全、缺乏高素质专业人才、企业内部缺乏有效的管理体系的问题。在社会经济的不断发展下,工商管理的职能逐渐出现分化,工商管理部门在适应市场需求的前提下,出现了职能部门的分化现象。通过分析工商管理职能的分化态势,探索新的工商管理运行模式,以达到促进市场经济的目的。通过分析工商管理的职能分化态势,了解市场对工商管理的职能的新要求,探索在新的历史条件下工商管理新的运行模式。
With the development of The Times,the function of business administration has appeared a new trend of differentiation,the operation mode of business administration is facing new problems,contradictions and problems between the old mode and the new environment.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the management,guidance and service functions of business administration,and expounds the problems in the process of giving full play to the functions of business administration,such as the unsound business administration system,the lack of high-quality professionals,and the lack of effective management system within the enterprise.With the continuous development of social economy,the functions of business administration are gradually differentiated.On the premise of adapting to the market demand,the functions of business administration are differentiated.In order to promote market economy,this paper analyzes the differentiation of business administration functions and explores new business administration operation modes.By analyzing the functional differentiation trend of business administration,the new requirements of the market on the functions of business administration are understood,and the new operation mode of business administration under the new historical conditions is explored.
