The evaluation of Kang Youwei's thought of autonomy

众所周知,康有为自治思想的诞生是偶然性与必然性的结合。一方面,康有为自治思想形成与其自身深厚的传统文化底蕴有关,受益于当时特定的历史环境;另一方面,西学东渐为康有为的思想打开了另一扇窗户,西方的民主政治的理念不断传输到古老的中国。与此同时,晚晴的局势和世界历史的潮流促使有识之士不断探索与思考救国救民的方案。康有为作为中国近代史上颇有影响力的人物。他具有着深厚的儒释道功底,又有着出国留学的经历,以其亲身经历西方民主宪政的宝贵阅历。加之,康有为有着浓烈的爱国爱民思想。因而,康有为自治思想的形成是顺理成章之事。康有为论述了公民自治与地方自治的构想,为我们的现代民族国家的诞生进行了有益探索。尽管康有为自治思想尚未付诸实践就被宣告破灭,然而康有为自治思想在后人的发挥中得到了实施。我们研究康有为自治思想,有助于我们推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,有助于推动我国社会治理的日益完善。

As we all know,the birth of Kang Youwei's thought of autonomy is the combination of contingency and necessity.On the one hand,the formation of Kang Youwei's autonomy thought is related to his profound traditional culture,benefiting from the specific historical environment at that time;on the other hand,the introduction of Western learning to the East opened another window for Kang Youwei's thought,and the concept of Western democratic politics was constantly transmitted to ancient China.At the same time,the situation of Wanqing and the trend of world history urge people of insight to explore and think about the plan of saving the country and the people.Kang Youwei is an influential figure in modern Chinese history.He has a profound foundation of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,as well as the experience of studying abroad.In addition,Kang Youwei has a strong idea of patriotism and love for the people.Therefore,the formation of Kang Youwei's thought of autonomy is a matter of course.Kang Youwei discussed the conception of citizen autonomy and local autonomy,and explored the birth of our modern nation-state.Although Kang Youwei's thought of autonomy has not yet been put into practice,it has been put into practice.Our study of Kang Youwei's thought of autonomy will help us to modernize our national governance system and capacity,and to promote the improvement of our social governance.
