摘要 结合区块链高效的共享、平权、开放的运行方式,研究发现区块链技术特性与重大疫情防控高度契合,能够有效解决重大疫情防控过程中的问题和痛点。文章指出区块链技术与重大疫情防控应用场景融合的前景,包括能够实现疫情全过程监测分析、强化疫情防控协同、提高疫情信息发布的可信度、实现防控资源高效调配、推动公益慈善运作优化;并从区块链这一全新视角开展重大疫情防控的优化研究,通过构建区块链技术与疫情防控应用场景融合的实现框架,打造"区块链+疫情防控"平台系统,有助于增强疫情防控的协同水平和提高防控资源的共享水平。 Combined with the effi cient sharing,equal rights and open operation mode of blockchain,it is found that the technical characteristics of blockchain are highly consistent with major epidemic prevention and control,which can effectively solve the problems and pain points in the process of major epidemic prevention and control.This paper points out that the prospect of blockchain technology integrating with the application scenario of major epidemic prevention and control,including the realization of the whole process monitoring and analysis of the epidemic,strengthening the coordination of epidemic prevention and control,improving the credibility of information release of the epidemic,realizing the effi cient allocation of prevention and control resources,and promoting the optimization of the operation of public welfare charity.From the new perspective of blockchain,the optimization research of major epidemic prevention and control is carried out.By improving the realization basis of the integration of blockchain technology and epidemic prevention and control application scenarios,the realization framework of the integration of blockchain technology and epidemic prevention and control application scenarios is constructed,and the“blockchain+epidemi c prevention and control”platform system is built,which helps to enhance the coordination level of epidemic prevention and control and improve the sharing level of prevention and control resources.
