摘要
文章阐述了战略性新兴产业与创新型人才具有的相互作用,提出为有效支撑战略性新兴产业发展,高校应积极探索服务战略性新兴产业发展的人才培养实践模式,如实施高等学校学科专业设置,建设现代产业学院、未来技术学院、国际学院等一系列人才培养模式创新举措,以此探索高校人才培养与战略性新产业和新业态发展的高效协同模式。
This paper expounds the interaction between emerging industries and innovative talents.In order to effectively support the development of emerging industries,colleges and universities should actively explore the practice mode of personnel training to serve the development of emerging industries,such as implementing a series of innovative measures of talent training mode,such as optimizing the professional setting of disciplines in colleges and universities,building modern industrial colleges,future technical colleges and international colleges,so as to explore the high-effi ciency synergy mode of talent training and new industry and new industry development in colleges and universities.
