富血小板纤维蛋白在兔断层皮片供区创面上的应用研究

摘要 探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)对兔断层皮片供区创面的治疗效果。采用体重在(2.7-3.1)kg/只的健康新西兰大白兔10只,在每只兔背部做3个大小约2.5cm*2.5cm正方形断层皮片供区创面,随机分为空白组、对照组(rh-bFGF)和实验组(PRF),记录创面的愈合时间,1月后取皮肤标本,观察组织愈合情况。实验组创面愈合时间短于对照组短于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HE染色见实验组胶原纤维增生明显少于其余各组。实验结果表明PRF可以明显促进断层皮片供区创面愈合速度,减轻瘢痕愈合,为临床断层皮片供区创面修复提供新的治疗方法。
