摘要 8104综采工作面回采期间出现冒顶、片帮现象,导致工作面端面距加大,支架损坏严重,制约了工作面的安全稳定回采。鉴于此,北辛窑煤矿综采队合理分析了工作面冒顶机理,并根据实际生产情况通过施工人工假顶、缩小采距、超前移架、施工JW型锚索棚、注浆固化联合措施进行冒顶区域维护。通过实际应用,取得了显著的应用成效。 During the stoping period of 8104 fully mechanized mining face,the phenomenon of roof falling and spalling appeared,which resulted in the increase of the distance between the end faces of the working face and the serious damage of the support,restricted the safe and stable stoping of the working face.In view of this,the fully mechanized mining team of Beixinyao Coal Mine reasonably analyzed the mechanism of roof falling of the working face,and maintained the roof falling area by means of artificial false roof construction,reduction of mining distance,advance frame shifting,construction of JW anchor shed,grouting and solidification according to the actual production situation.Through practical application,remarkable results have been achieved.
