基于大数据分析的企业能源在线监控平台研究

Research on Enterprise Energy Online Monitoring Platform Based on Big Data Analysis

节能降耗对企业而言不仅是降低生产成本,更是提高产品竞争力的有效方法。企业能源信息管理系统在实现生产过程的精细化管理与节能降耗方面发挥着重要作用。根据一企业能源信息管理系统的现状,梳理了企业能源生产、存储、转换、运输和消耗的过程,提出了基于大数据分析的在线能源监控平台的设计思路。通过对企业能源生产的实时监控,实现了对用能设备、计量器具的管理和对所用能源统计分析、能源质量分析和能源预测、能源考核等,为企业精细化管理、降低单位能耗、实现节能减排的目标提供了科学、合理的解决办法。

Energy saving is not only an effective way to reduce production cost,but also an effective way to improve product competitiveness.Enterprise energy information management system plays an important role in the realization of delicacy management of production process,energy saving and consumption reduction.According to the current situation of an enterprise's energy information management system,this paper reviewed the process of energy production,storage,conversion,transportation and consumption,and put forward the design idea of online energy monitoring platform based on big data analysis.Through the real-time monitoring of the energy production of the enterprise,the management of the energy using equipment and measuring instruments,the statistical analysis of the energy used,the analysis of the energy quality,the energy prediction and the energy assessment were realized,which provides a scientific and reasonable solution for the delicacy management of the enterprise,the reduction of the unit energy consumption and the realization of the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
