摘要
针对皮带运输机在实际生产中"大马拉小车",电能大量浪费的问题,以隰东煤业综采工作面皮带运输机为研究对象,在对比各类节能技术的基础上,确定采用变频节能技术对其控制系统进行改造,并结合煤量自动识别技术和模糊控制算法,达到对皮带运输机节能控制的目的。
In order to solve the problem of"big horse pulling small car"in the actual production of belt conveyor and a large amount of waste of electric energy,this paper took the belt conveyor in the fully mechanized mining face of Xidong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,decided to adopt the frequency conversion energy-saving technology to modify its control system based on the comparison of various energy-saving technologies,and combined with the automatic coal quantity identification technology and fuzzy control algorithm to achieve the purpose of energy-saving control of the belt conveyor.
