浅谈液压支架的维修与保养

On Repair and Maintenance of Hydraulic Support

液压支架是煤矿综采中重要的支护设备,其正常运行对工作面的回采意义重大。在煤矿生产中,液压支架长期高负荷运行会发生故障。因此,对液压支架的维修和保养十分重要。简要分析了液压支架的维修过程以及井下运输过程,并探讨了液压支架的一些保养措施,以期为煤矿机械维修人员提供一定的参考。

The hydraulic support is an important support equipment in the fully mechanized mining of coal mine.Its normal operation is of great significance to the mining of working face.In the coal mine production,the hydraulic support will break down in the long-term high load operation.Therefore,the repair and maintenance of the hydraulic support is very important.This paper briefly analyzed the repair process of the hydraulic support and the underground transportation process,and discussed some maintenance measures of the hydraulic support,in order to provide some reference for the coal mine machinery maintenance personnel.
