摘要 晋圣亿欣煤业7192综采面为薄煤层作业面,液压支架在支护、调整时均通过人工进行,存在效率低、稳定性差、调整困难等问题,极大地影响了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性和效率。为此,提出了一种新的煤矿井下液压支架电液调控系统,以可编程逻辑控制器和PROFIBUS数据通信总线为核心,实现了对液压支架在薄煤层条件下支护状态的自动调节,为井下无人支护奠定了基础。 The 7192 fully mechanized mining face of Jinsheng Yixin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a thin coal seam working face.The hydraulic support is carried out manually in support and adjustment,which has low efficiency,poor stability and adjustment difficulties,greatly affecting the safety and efficiency of the fully mechanized mining operation.For this reason,this paper proposed a new electro-hydraulic control system for the underground hydraulic support of coal mine.With PLC and PROFIBUS data communication bus as the core,it realizes the automatic adjustment of the support state of the hydraulic support under the condition of thin coal seam,which lays the foundation for the underground unmanned support.
