液压支架降移架降尘装置的设计

摘要 煤矿井下综采作业过程中会产生大量的粉尘,导致综采面能见度低,不仅给井下综采作业效率和作业安全带来较大的隐患,还给综采作业人员的身体健康带来严重的危害。提出了一种新的液压支架降移架降尘装置,将液压支架立柱的液压管路与喷雾降尘装置控制阀相连通,当液压支架进行降柱作业时,控制喷雾装置进行喷雾降尘作业,同时支架上的接煤槽自动伸出对支架间隙处的落煤进行搜集,在喷雾降尘作用下粉尘颗粒被润湿,降落到接煤槽内,然后接煤槽在弹簧控制机构的作用下实现自动卸煤。根据实际验证,该液压支架降移架降尘装置的降尘率能够达到97.9%以上,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业的效率和安全性。 A large amount of dust will be produced in the process of fully mechanized coal mining operation,which results in low visibility of the fully mechanized mining face.It not only brings great hidden danger to the efficiency and safety of the fully mechanized mining operation,but also brings serious harm to the health of the workers.This paper proposed a new dust control device of support moving for hydraulic support,which connected the hydraulic pipeline of the hydraulic support column with the control valve of the spray dust control device.When the hydraulic support carried out the column lowering operation,the spray device was controlled for spraying and dust suppression operation,and the coal collecting slot on the bracket was automatically extended to collect coal falling at the clearance of the support,and the dust particles were wetted under the action of spray and dust suppression.They were lowered into the coal receiving tank,and then the coal receiving tank realized automatic coal unloading under the action of spring control mechanism.According to the actual verification,the dust reduction rate of the dust control device of support moving can reach over 97.9%,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of the underground fully mechanized mining operation.
