摘要
古书院矿1523101巷顶板坚硬、两帮和底板软,加之巷道掘进支护时间长,巷道变形严重,巷道断面仅为原断面的32.4%,不能满足后续使用需要。在分析巷道地质条件和变形特征的基础上,提出以巷帮加固为核心的围岩加固技术措施,并详细设计巷道围岩加固参数。现场应用表明,采取提出的巷道加固措施后,152310工作面回采时巷帮收敛302 mm,顶、底板变形量为320 mm,保证了巷道的使用安全。
The 1523101 roadway in Gushuyuan Coal Mine has hard roof,soft two sides and floor,and the roadway deformation is serious due to the long time of roadway excavation and support,and the roadway section is only 32.4%of the original section,which cannot meet the needs of subsequent use.Based on the analysis of the geological conditions and deformation characteristics of the roadway,this paper put forward the technical measures of surrounding rock reinforcement with the core of the roadway side reinforcement,and designed the parameters of surrounding rock reinforcement in detail.The field application shows that,after adopting the proposed roadway reinforcement measures,the roadway side converges 302 mm and the deformation of roof and floor is 320 mm in 152310 working face,which ensures the safety of roadway use.
