摘要
阳煤三矿15#煤层为坚硬厚煤层,采用放顶煤开采工艺,各综放工作面在初采期间存在顶煤不易冒落、初次来压步距大、瓦斯及顶板安全隐患大、资源回收率低等问题。为了解决这些问题,该矿在K8203工作面实施了切巷顶煤预裂爆破技术。实践结果表明,采用该方法后,坚硬厚煤层初采期间顶煤难冒落的问题得到了有效改善,既缩短了初次来压步距,又提高了回采率,安全也得到了有效保障,现已在全矿推广应用。
The 15^#coal seam of No.3 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group was hard and thick,and the caving mining technology was adopted.During the initial mining,the top coal was not easy to fall,the first pressure step was large,the hidden danger of gas and roof safety was large,and the resource recovery rate was low.In order to solve these problems,the mine carried out the top coal pre-splitting blasting technology in cutting roadway of K8203 working face.The practice results show that the problem of top coal caving during the initial mining of hard thick coal seam has been effectively improved by using this method,which not only shortens the initial pressure step distance,but also improves the recovery rate and ensures the safety effectively.Now it has been widely used in the whole mine.
