摘要
目的研究血清miRNA-210表达与新生儿窒息早期脑损伤的关系.方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月该院收治的80例窒息新生儿为研究组,另取同期于该院出生的30例健康新生儿作为对照组.将研究组患儿按照阿氏评分(A pgar)分为重度窒息组(24例)与轻度窒息组(56例),根据是否存在脑损伤分为脑损伤组(31例)与非脑损伤组(49例).分别对各组新生儿血清中的miRNA-210表达水平进行检测.结果研究组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平(4.78±0.41)明显高于对照组(1.24±0.16),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).重度窒息组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平(5.98±0.82)明显高于轻度窒息组(4.27±0.21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).脑损伤组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平(5.82±0.41)明显高于非脑损伤组(4.12±0.36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论窒息新生儿血清miRNA-210呈明显高表达,且随着新生儿窒息程度的逐渐加剧,其表达水平不断升高,与早期脑损伤存在密切相关.
Objective To study the relationship between serum miRNA-210 expression and early brain injury in neonates with asphyxia.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,80 neonates with asphyxia were selected from Ningbo Zhenhai Longsai Hospital as study group,and 30 healthy neonates born in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The neonates in study group were divided into severe asphyxia group(24 cases)and mild asphyxia group(56 cases)according to Apgar score,in addition,the children in study group were divided into brain injury group(31 cases)and non-brain injury group(49 cases).The expression levels of serum miRNA-210 in different groups were detected.Results The expression level of serum miRNA-210 in study group was(4.78±0.41),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(1.24±0.16)(P<0.05).The expression level of serum miRNA-210 in severe asphyxia group was(5.98±0.82),which was statistically significantly higher than that in mild asphyxia group(4.27±0.21)(P<0.05).The expression level of serum miRNA-210 in brain injury group was(5.82±0.41),which was statistically significantly higher than that in non-brain injury group(4.12±0.36)(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of serum miRNA-210 in neonates with asphyxia is significantly high,with the gradual aggravation of neonatal asphyxia,the expression level of microRNA210 keeps rising.Serum miRNA-210 is closely related to early brain injury.
