Application of Abaqus to Static and Dynamic Load Analysis of Elevator Counterweight

应用Abaqus有限元分析软件对某电梯对重装置进行结构静载与动载分析,分析结果显示,电梯对重装置整体应力值无论在动载或静载的工况下,均远小于材料许用应力,整体结构变形量较小。完全满足安全使用要求。通过有限元分析,可对电梯对重装置进行结构验证,修改,再优化。大大缩短研发周期。

The Abaqus finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static load and dynamic load of the elevator counterweight.The results show that the overall stress value of the elevator counterweight is far less than the allowable stress of the material,and the overall deformation is small,which fully meets the requirements for safe use.Through this analysis,the elevator counterweight can be verified,modified,and optimized,which greatly shortens the development cycle.
