髓源性抑制细胞在移植免疫中的研究进展

摘要 髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)是髓系免疫抑制细胞组成的异质性细胞群体,其来源于骨髓祖细胞和未成熟髓系细胞。MDSCs在固有免疫和适应性免疫中发挥重要作用,在角膜、胰岛、皮肤,肾脏等大量移植模型中,通过多种途径抑制免疫系统,降低移植物排斥反应,诱导免疫耐受。因其这一特性MDSCs已成为移植免疫学研究的重要焦点。该文主要介绍了MDSCs免疫调节功能、近年来在不同类型移植中的研究进展及该领域今后的研究方向和障碍。 Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)are a heterogeneous cell population of immunosuppressive cells of the myeloid lineage,which is derived from bone marrow progenitor cells and immature myeloid cells.MDSCs play an important role in innate and adaptive immunity.In a large number of transplantation including cornea,islet,skin and kidney,MDSCs suppress the immune system through various ways,reduce graft rejection,and induce immune tolerance.Because of the characteristic MDSCs has become an important focus of transplantation immunology research.This review mainly introduces the immunomodulatory function of MDSCs,the research progress in different transplantation in recent years,and the future research direction and obstacles in this field.
