伴随着互联网的普及与发展,网络赌博诈骗逐渐被行为人利用到非法侵占他人财产中。网络赌博诈骗案件的侦破面临立案管辖争议及取证难、协作难、抓捕难、追赃难的问题。公安机关及其他职能部门应坚持将打击犯罪与预防犯罪相结合,完善法律法规、规范电子取证,建立快反联动机制、加强侦查协作,建立警企合作模式、加大力度打击上下游犯罪行为,多措并举,对网络赌博诈骗行为予以有效打击。

With the emergence of gambling fraud,online gambling fraud is gradually used by the perpetrator to illegally encroach on other people's property.The detection of online gambling fraud cases is faced with the problems of filing disputes and dif ficulty in obtaining evidence,cooperation,arrest and pursuit of stolen goods.Public security organs and other functional departments should persist in combining the fight against crimes with prevention,improve laws and regulations,standardize electronic evidence collection,establish a quick anti-linkage mechanism,strengthen investigation and cooperation,establish a model of cooperation between police and enterprise,intensify efforts to crack down on upstream and downstream criminal acts,and effectively crack down on the online gambling fraud by taking more measures at the same time.
