CPTED理论在边缘社区犯罪治理中的应用与启示

Application and Enlightenment of CPTED TheoryIn the Crime Management of Marginal Communities

CPTED理论以其治标优于治本的理念和在犯罪治理中取得的显著成效引起了广泛关注。以CPTED理论为视角对边缘社区犯罪的空间环境因素进行分析,发现由空间环境因素引发的犯罪实施难度低、犯罪实施风险小以及边缘社区空间环境因素对潜在犯罪人的刺激是边缘社区犯罪发生的主要原因。因此,在边缘社区犯罪空间环境治理上,应从提高犯罪实施的难度、增加犯罪实施的风险、减少空间环境条件对潜在犯罪人的刺激入手。此外,在边缘社区犯罪治理的过程中,应当意识到CPTED理论只是一个辅助手段,只有关注犯罪的深层原因,才能从根源上解决犯罪问题。

The theory of CPTED has attracted wide attention because of its idea of treating the symptoms rather than the root causes and its remarkable effect in the treatment of crimes.From the perspective of CPTED theory,by analyzing the spatial environmental factors of crimes in marginal communities,it is found that the main causes of crimes in marginal communities are the low difficulty of crime,the low risk of crime and the stimulation of potential criminals by space environment factors in marginal communities.Therefore,in the governance of space environment of crimes in marginal communities,we should start with increasing the dif ficulty of crime,increasing the risk of crime and reducing the stimulation of space environment to potential criminals.In addition,we should realize that the CPTED theory is only an auxiliary means in the process of crime control in the marginal community.
