中国人民解放军后勤力量,在参与重大突发事件中应急救援任务时发挥着重要的作用,但也存在平时应急演练形式化、指挥协调不顺畅、物资储备缺乏预见性、救治资源配置不合理等问题,本文从中国人民解放军后勤应急管理的现状出发,查找问题,分析原因,提出策略,提出了完善应急预案体系、建立军地联合应急指挥机制、建设军地一体应急物资储备体系、优化应急救援资源配置的对策与建议,对提高军队后勤应急管理能力,完善军地应急救援体系有一定的意义.
