墨传全水墨的凹版表印应用和经济性分析

The Application and Economic Analysis of Mochuan All Water-based Ink in Intaglio Surface Printing

传统印刷行业VOCs排放的治理势在必行,而全水性油墨的前端治理更是治理印刷VOCs排放的根本方法。本文以墨传全水性油墨为基础,介绍了墨传全水墨在凹版表印上的应用。VOCs在线检测显示,采用墨传全水墨印刷的生产线直排浓度小于2mg/m^3,远远低于国家VOCs50mg/m^3的排放要求,且墨传全水墨有机溶剂含量低于5%,完全不燃烧,且不含重金属等有毒有害物质,安全、健康。墨传全水墨适用性能好,可在全国范围内推广和应用,适用于HDPE、LDPE、PP等表印基材,印刷效果(附着力、耐水性、耐化学试剂、光泽度、色彩饱满度等)均能够达到与传统溶剂型油墨的相当的性能,且性价比高。成本核算显示,采用墨传全水墨,印刷综合成本下降20%以上。

It is imperative to control VOCs emission in traditional printing industry,and the front-end treatment of all water-based ink is the fundamental method to control VOCs emission.This paper introduces the application of Mochuan all water-based ink in gravure surface printing.The VOCs on-line detection shows that the direct discharge concentration of the production line adopting Mochuan all water-based ink printing is less than 2 mg/m^3,far lower than the national VOCs 50 mg/m^3 discharge requirements,and the organic solvent content of Mochuan all water-based ink is less than 5%,completely unburned,and free of toxic and harmful substances such as heavy metals,which is safe and healthy.Mochuan all water-based ink has good applicability and can be popularized and applied nationwide.It is suitable for HDPE,LDPE,PP and other surface printi ng substrates.The printing effect(adhesion,water resistance,chemical resistance,glossiness,color fullness,etc.)can achieve the same performance as traditional solvent based ink,and has high cost performance.Cost accounting shows that the comprehensive cost of printing has been reduced by more than 20%by adopting Mochaun all water-based ink.
