摘要
大学生的孤独感问题日益加剧,研究试图从依恋风格与自尊的角度出发,对大学生的孤独感问题进行实证分析。采用整群抽样的方式选取黑龙江某高校360名大学生进行问卷调查,运用独立样本t检验、相关分析、回归分析与中介效应检验进行变量间关系的探讨。结果表明,依恋风格与自尊是大学生形成孤独感的重要因素,其中自尊在依恋风格与孤独感间具有中介作用。
The loneliness of college students is becoming more and more serious.The research attempts to analyze the loneliness of college students from the perspective of attachment style and self-esteem.In this paper,360 college students in a Heilongjiang University were selected by cluster sampling for questionnaire survey.Independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and intermediary effect test were used to explore the relationship between variables.The results show that attachment style and self-esteem are the important factors for college students to form loneliness,and self-esteem plays an intermediary role between attachment style and loneliness.
