摘要
对大学生身体自我意识情绪特征进行研究,结果表明:女大学生的身体羞愧和身体内疚显著高于男生,男大学生在身体自大自豪方面显著高于女生;B高校学生在身体真实自豪方面显著高于A高校大学生,A高校大学生在身体自大自豪方面显著高于B高校大学生;城镇大学生的身体自大自豪显著高于农村大学生;BMI指数的差异仅在身体自大自豪方面存在显著组内差异。锻炼行为能显著提高个体的身体真实自豪和身体自大自豪,显著降低身体羞愧和身体内疚。
To understand the characters of university students'body self-consciousness emotion.The body shame and body guilt of female university students are significantly higher than that of male university students,and the body hubristic pride of male university students are significantly higher than that of female university students;the body authentic pride of B university students is significantly higher than that of a university students,and that of a university students is significantly higher than that of B university students;the body hubristic pride of urban university students is significantly higher than that of rural university students;The difference of BMI index was only significant within the group on body hubristic pride.Exercise behavior can significantly improve the body authentic pride and body hubristic pride,and significantly reduce the body shame and body guilt.
