摘要
针对汽车窗帘设计中存在的功能单一等问题,采用感性工学理论与TRIZ理论,集成设计了一款新型的车载智能光控窗帘。根据用户调查和主成分分析得出了汽车窗帘设计的4个关键感性词汇,采用阶层类别分析法将感性词汇转化成了设计要素。通过分析设计要素,得出了1对物理矛盾和2对技术矛盾,利用TRIZ理论的多项发明原理解决矛盾并提供了一种可行性方案。指出与市场上现有的汽车窗帘相比,该车载智能光控窗帘构建结构安全合理、智能控制、绿色环保,乘员能够拥有更加舒适的驾乘体验。
Aiming at the problems of the single function in the vehicle curtain design,a new type of vehicle intelligent light-operated curtain was designed by using Kansei engineering theory and TRIZ theory.According to the user survey and principal component analysis,four key Kansei words of vehicle curtain design are obtained.The hierarchical design analysis method is used to transform the Kansei words into design elements.Through the analysis of design elements,a pair of physical contradictions and two pairs of technical contradictions are obtained.and a feasible scheme is provided by using multiple invention principles of TRIZ theory to solve the contradictions.It is concluded that compared with the existing vehicle curtain in the market,the vehicle intelligent light-operated curtain construction structure is safe and reasonable,intelligent control,green and environmentally-friendly,so that the occupants can have a more comfortable driving experience.
