在高校教学改革的过程之中,学生就业竞争力的提升备受关注,许多学校开始重新调整学生就业教育方向,不断实现再就业教育管理内容及形式的革新,采取恰当可行的教育和管理手段,来为学生的就业以及成长营造良好的空间和外部环境。在"互联网+"环境下,高校学生再就业环境产生了极大的变化,老师需要站在学生的角度给予学生针对性的引导,只有这样才能够保证学生在完成学业之后顺利走向不同的工作岗位。

In the process of teaching reform in colleges,the improvement of students'employment competitiveness has attracted considerable attention.Many schools have begun to readjust the direction of students'employment education,continuously innovating the content and form of re-employment education management,and adopting appropriate and feasible means to create favorable space and external environment for students'employment and growth.In"Internet plus"environment,the re-employment environment of college students has changed greatly.Teachers need to give students targeted guidance from students'perspective.Only in this way,it can be ensured that students go to different jobs smoothly after finishing their studies.
