摘要
以苯基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,通过水解缩聚反应,制得了可紫外光辐照固化的太阳能电池板有机硅封装胶。通过红外光谱、紫外可见光光度计定量分析和酸碱腐蚀试验对产物的结构和性能进行了表征测试,结果表明紫外光固化后的有机硅封装胶具有良好的耐酸碱腐蚀性能、透光度和附着力。
The solar cell panel organic silicon encapsulant cured by ultraviolet radiation was prepared by hydrolysis polycondensation reaction using phenyltrimethoxysilane,dimethyldiethoxysilane,methyltrimethoxysilane,methyltriethoxysilane,and γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as raw materials. The structure and properties of the products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,UV visible spectrophotometer quantitative analysis and acid-alkali corrosion test. The results showed that the UV-cured silicone encapsulant had good acid-alkali corrosion resistance,light transmittance and ahesion.
